Have you added OneSIM to your phone?

You might not have added OneSIM to your phone. To add the eSIM, go to the Feed tab and tap on the “Add Now” button. You will find the QR code and manual installation instructions required for installation on the pop-up screen. You can use any method to add it to your device. If you do not know how to add an eSIM, you can tap on the “installation instructions” on the installation screen and watch our video tutorial with detailed instructions.

Have you selected the added eSIM as a data source?

You might not have selected the added eSIM as a mobile data source. You can check this through your phone’s settings. On your iOS device you can go to Settings > Cellular menu and select the added eSIM as a cellular data source. If you do not know how to select the added eSIM as a data source, you can tap on “installation instructions” on the installation screen and watch our video tutorial with detailed instructions.

Have you enabled international roaming for the added eSIM?

You might not have enabled international roaming for the added eSIM. You can check this through your phone’s settings. On your iOS device, you can go to Settings > Cellular menu, then tap on the added eSIM from SIMs section, and enable international roaming. If you do not know how to enable international roaming for your eSIM, you can tap on “installation instructions” on the installation screen and watch our video tutorial with detailed instructions.

Does your account have io Balance?

You might not have topped up io Balance or it might have run out. To top up io Balance, you can tap on the top right corner on the Feed screen or go to My Account > io Balance screen and top up the amount you wish. Keep in mind that io Balance does not expire; therefore, no need to worry about unused balance!
